Exchange and Return policy

At Modadesi, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered to you in perfect condition and as per your order. However, if you receive a damaged product or if the product you received is not as per your order, we offer exchanges and returns under the following terms and conditions:

1. Damaged Products

1.1. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@modadesi.com within 24 hours  of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange or return process.

1.2. To facilitate the process, please provide unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product, including any damaged packaging, along with your order details.

1.3. Once the damage is verified, we will offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement (subject to availability), or receive a store credit.

2. Incorrect Orders

2.1. If you receive a product that is not as per your order, please email us at support@modadesi.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange or return process.

2.2. To expedite the process, please provide details of the incorrect product received, including your order number and any relevant information.

2.3. Once the error is confirmed, we will offer you the option to exchange the incorrect product for the correct item (subject to availability), or receive a store credit.

3. Return Process

3.1. For damaged products or incorrect orders, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

3.2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.. 

4. Refunds

4.1. For damaged products or incorrect orders, instead of issuing refunds, we will provide you with store credits equal to the value of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

4.2. Store credits must be used within 3 months from the date of issuance.

4.3. Store credits can be applied towards future purchases on our website and are non-transferable.
